Systems Engineering Specialist

Job Summary

To support advanced nuclear energy projects, the contract-based Systems and Requirements Management Engineer will develop and maintain systems engineering procedures, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and implement requirements management processes while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain systems engineering procedures, plans, and documentation
• Collaborate with engineering teams and external partners to manage and verify requirements
• Support implementation of engineering process improvements and training initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline
• Minimum 5 years of experience in systems engineering or related fields
• Experience with configuration management principles and tools
• Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma
• Strong technical writing and communication skills
