Systems Engineering Specialist

Job Summary

To support advanced nuclear energy projects, the contract Systems and Requirements Management Engineer will focus on integrated system design, requirements management, and engineering process improvement while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain systems engineering procedures, plans, and documentation
• Collaborate with engineering teams to manage, trace, and validate requirements for systems and components
• Facilitate the implementation of systems engineering methodologies across project teams and external partners

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline
• Minimum 5 years of experience in systems engineering or related engineering disciplines
• Experience applying configuration management principles through engineering processes
• Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma
• Experience working under quality programs such as ASME NQA-1 or ISO 9001
