Job Summary

A company is looking for a Systems Escalation Engineer II.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide escalated support to ensure the stability and performance of client computing environments
• Troubleshoot complex systems and application issues, documenting root causes and implementing solutions
• Mentor junior engineers and improve customer service and satisfaction for assigned clients

Required Qualifications

• Four-year degree in a relevant field or vendor-level certifications (e.g., Microsoft MCSE, VMWare, Cisco CCNA/CCNP)
• At least four years of experience working with systems and virtualization
• Exceptional operational expertise in Windows operating systems, servers, and cloud infrastructure (AWS)
• Proficiency in PowerShell or Python scripting for complex systems issues
• Availability for a flexible 9-hour shift and participation in an on-call rotation
