Systems Installation Leader

Job Summary

To lead the coordination of Systems Installation and Commissioning activities for large-scale integrated projects, the full-time remote Systems Installation Leader will develop installation frameworks, assess risks, and engage with stakeholders to ensure technical robustness and performance reliability across multiple business units.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive Systems Installation & Commissioning framework for large-scale projects
• Coordinate cross-business collaboration to manage installation and commissioning risks effectively
• Continuously monitor and report on systems installation progress, ensuring alignment with project goals

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent technical discipline
• 15+ years of experience in complex power generation or grid infrastructure projects
• Proven experience managing installation risks across multi-technology and large-scale projects
