Systems Integration Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting Deployment Solutions scalability, the full-time Systems Integration & Automation Analyst will monitor application integrations, validate data, and enable automation while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and support application integrations, troubleshoot issues, and maintain technical documentation
- Identify manual processes for automation and develop operational reports and dashboards
- Assist in preparing knowledge content for AI support and validate AI-enabled workflows
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, data analytics, engineering, business systems, or related field
- 2+ years of experience with systems analysis, integrations, data validation, reporting, and automation
- 2+ years of experience working with APIs, file-based integrations, and troubleshooting
- 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, and reporting tools
- 2+ years of experience with ServiceNow, Power Platform, SQL, or integration monitoring tools
