Systems Integration Developer

Job Summary

To support the corporate travel division, the full-time remote Systems Integration Developer will create and maintain Amadeus-driven technology solutions, enhancing agent workflow automation and operational quality assurance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage automation solutions, including Smart Scripts and Smart Flows, to provide agents with an end-to-end booking solution
• Engage with stakeholders to identify business needs, manage project communication, and provide ongoing administrative and technical support
• Create and optimize automation solutions that improve business productivity and performance while monitoring solution performance and troubleshooting issues

Required qualifications

• Experience creating Amadeus Smart Scripts and Smart Flows, with a background in integrating these with APIs or databases
• Proficiency in Amadeus Automation development with at least 3 years of experience
• Knowledge of version control concepts and practical application of systems
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Substantial understanding of corporate travel industry standards
