Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a team of Systems Integration Managers, providing feedback and growth opportunities
- Oversee complex integration projects from discovery to delivery, ensuring alignment and timely execution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and drive integration improvements
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Technical Consulting, Integration Management, or Implementation within a B2B SaaS environment
- 2+ years in a people management or team lead role
- Strong understanding of APIs and integration architectures
- Proven ability to manage complex technical projects with multiple stakeholders
- Experience working with HRIS, ERP, or accounting systems such as NetSuite, QuickBooks, SAP, or Workday
