Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support the Systems Integration team, including day-to-day IT support
• Develop integration strategies and troubleshoot technical issues while coordinating cross-functional teams
• Ensure system reliability, performance, and compliance with security standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• 5+ years in the Information Technology field, with 3+ years in system integration and as a Lead Systems Analyst
• 1+ years of experience leading a team and mentoring others
• HubSpot training and administrative experience required
• Working knowledge of IT operating systems, hardware, and software
