Job Summary
Telecommuting on a contract basis, the Systems Management Analyst will understand healthcare workflows and support 24x7 production environments while engaging with non-technical stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Understand healthcare workflows including lab, ADT, scheduling, and registries
- Support 24x7 production and on-call environments
- Communicate technical issues clearly to non-technical stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in HIPAA regulated healthcare IT environments
- Strong understanding of healthcare workflows
