Systems Management Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the administration and operational management of enterprise Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), the remote Systems Management Analyst will oversee VMware/Omnissa Horizon environments, ensuring platform stability and performance while adhering to technical standards.

Key responsibilities:

• Administer and support VDI infrastructure components, including Horizon Gateways and Connection Servers
• Manage day-to-day operations of Development, Staging, Production, and Disaster Recovery VDI environments
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to virtual desktops and monitor system health and capacity

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in Systems Administration & Engineering, with hands-on experience in Windows Server and desktop operating systems
• Proven experience supporting enterprise VDI platforms, including VMware/Omnissa Horizon
• Experience with Active Directory and enterprise identity services, including group policy and multi-factor authentication
• Solid troubleshooting skills across infrastructure and operating systems in an enterprise environment
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
