Systems Migration Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting property management systems remotely, the entry-level Systems Migration & Support Specialist will resolve support tickets, assist with system migrations during property onboarding, and provide ongoing system training and support.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to support tickets and resolve system issues in a timely manner
• Assist with property management system migration during property onboarding
• Distribute and support the ongoing use of property management systems

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
• Familiarity with property management systems such as RealPage, Entrata, and/or Yardi is preferred
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
