Job Summary

A company is looking for a Systems Monitoring Specialist with experience in ServiceNow and Dynatrace.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct enterprise-level monitoring and advanced troubleshooting using Microsoft System Center Operations Manager and Dynatrace
Maintain the ServiceNow Configuration Management Database and Discovery Configuration
Provide configuration support for Hardware and Software Asset Management

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of experience in configuration and enterprise-level monitoring
At least 1 year of experience with configuring out-of-the-box digital workflow components
Experience with Microsoft System Center Operations Manager and Dynatrace
Proficiency in scripting with PowerShell, JavaScript, and Python
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of relevant work experience
