Systems Monitoring Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Systems Monitoring Specialist responsible for monitoring and investigating the performance of PV systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and investigate non-reporting and underperforming PV systems, generating cases when necessary
• Utilize Salesforce and monitoring platforms to generate, analyze, and report on system performance data
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to investigate and resolve known production issues

Required Qualifications

• Strong aptitude for both qualitative and quantitative problem-solving
• Preferred experience with solar photovoltaic systems and monitoring platforms
• Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
• Proficiency with Google Workspace is preferred
