Systems Operations Engineer

Job Summary

Supporting the reliability and performance of core systems, the full-time Systems Operations Engineer will assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of server and cloud infrastructure while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assisting in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of server, storage, and cloud infrastructure
• Monitoring system performance and escalating issues to ensure availability and adherence to SLAs
• Supporting automation efforts and participating in troubleshooting activities under guidance from senior engineers

Required qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in systems administration, operations, or a related technical role
• Working knowledge of Linux and/or Windows server administration
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent work experience is preferred
• Experience with scripting or automation tools (PowerShell, Python, Bash) at a beginner to intermediate level
