Systems Operations Support Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the Rights Management Streaming Services team, the remote contract Systems Operations Support Analyst will confirm distribution and music rights for streaming services while collaborating with international business units and various direct-to-consumer platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a key member of the Rights Management team, managing owned, produced, acquired, or licensed titles for streaming services
• Perform contract interpretation on acquisition agreements and manage communications with local legal teams
• Compile, map, migrate, and validate high volumes of material data sets in Excel and other rights management systems

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of work experience, with at least 1 year in rights management or a related field
• Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks effectively
• Experience in interpreting contractual language and analyzing agreements
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint
• Understanding of distribution and music rights
