Systems Operations Technician

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Systems Operations Technician II to join their Cloud Services team in a remote work setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Liaise with Development, Support, and Implementation to enhance client experiences
• Create documentation for software installations, server configurations, and troubleshooting procedures
• Collaborate with Cloud Services groups to resolve issues and assist with configuration changes/testing

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical support experience in a Windows domain environment
• Experience with Microsoft Windows Server and desktop operating systems
• Working knowledge of scripting for administrative tasks (VB Script, PowerShell, or Command Line batch files)
• Working knowledge of TCP/IP and network troubleshooting
• Associate degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field; or equivalent experience
