Required Qualifications:

3+ years of technical support experience in a Windows domain environment
Experience with Microsoft Windows Server and desktop operating systems
Working knowledge of scripting for administrative tasks
Associate degree in Information Technology or related field
Experience with TCP/IP and network troubleshooting
