Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and execute system and network activities to ensure availability and performance of IT infrastructure
Conduct routine maintenance tasks, including patching and applying security fixes
Respond to incident tickets and service requests, providing tier 1 support for technical issues

Required Qualifications

0-2 years of experience in Computer Operations or a related field
High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) and/or commensurate experience
BMC Control-M Operator Certification
ITIL Foundations certification
