Systems Performance Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Systems Performance Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize RF performance by tuning LTE/NR KPIs, neighbor planning, and interference mitigation
• Utilize post-processing tools such as TrueCall, AirWave, and RTT for performance analysis
• Document processes and produce audit-ready closeout packages

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of RF optimization experience, preferably in the Telecom/Ericsson market
• Hands-on experience with LTE/NR KPIs and related optimization techniques
• Proficiency with TrueCall, AirWave, RTT, or equivalent tools
• Familiarity with Ericsson RAN parameters and scripting conventions
• Strong documentation skills for producing detailed reports
