Job Summary
Leading the architecture and technical direction of RPA, the full-time Systems Principal Architect will manage the RPA lifecycle, establish development standards, and collaborate with stakeholders to implement process automation solutions, with the flexibility to work remotely up to five days per week.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and technical direction for RPA, including lifecycle management and roadmap development
- Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to evaluate and implement new process automation capabilities
- Participate in solution design reviews and enforce development standards and best practices across automation projects
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
- 5 years of experience in IT
- 4 years of experience in designing, delivering, and supporting process automation solutions
- 2 years of experience in RPA technologies
- Experience with ITSM and SDLC processes and tools for managing service requests and changes
