Job Summary

A company is looking for a Systems Programmer III to provide technical support for IBM z series mainframe and system software.

Key Responsibilities

Install, configure, test, implement, and maintain z system software
Monitor and tune system and subsystem performance
Provide break-fix support and analyze issues to provide solutions

Required Qualifications

7+ years of z series system programming experience
Excellent knowledge of z series mainframe operating systems
Advanced knowledge of multiple mainframe systems
Preferred Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology
Programming experience in REXX, Assembly language, or COBOL preferred
