Systems Reliability Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member of Staff, Systems Reliability Engineering (International Remote Hire).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support for exchange platforms, including on-call incident response and triaging issues
• Isolate and resolve unplanned system outages while collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Document actions and improve operational processes, enhancing monitoring and running essential nightly processes

Required Qualifications

• Good understanding of Linux and proficiency in Linux administration and scripting skills
• Proficiency in Bash scripting; knowledge of Python is a plus
• Experience with configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Chef, Puppet)
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an operations support role with incident response experience
• Familiarity with monitoring tools and incident tracking/ticketing systems
