Job Summary

A company is looking for a Systems Software Engineer to join their Storage Engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

• Scale storage services to support millions of databases and optimize throughput and latency for PostgreSQL clients
• Participate in the design and implementation of new features while driving continuous improvement in code quality
• Write efficient systems code with a focus on testability and participate in on-call rotation for operational excellence

Required Qualifications

• At least 4 years of production experience as a software engineer
• Experience in building high-scale systems where correctness is critical
• Experience in maintaining and developing large codebases
• Passion for building systems software, performance engineering, and distributed systems
• Experience with Rust or modern C++ and interest in learning Rust
