Systems Software Engineer
Job Summary
Joining a dynamic team, the full-time Systems Software Engineer will develop next-generation controls software, automate testing processes, and support manufacturing efforts for advanced vacuum systems in a collaborative environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and verify next-generation controls software for vacuum systems and components
- Automate configuration, calibration, and testing of vacuum components, including data collection routines
- Support manufacturing by maintaining and releasing process documentation
Required qualifications
- BSEE / BSCS or similar with a minimum of 5 years of experience, or MSEE / MSCS or similar with a minimum of 3 years of experience
- Minimum of 2 years of programming experience in C++ or C#
- Experience with electro-mechanical systems preferred
- Familiarity with EtherCAT, gRPC, Python, PLCs, and RTOS is preferred
- Related coursework or experience in controls, dynamic systems, or robotics
