Systems Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Systems Specialist I.

Key Responsibilities

• Provides onsite and remote end user support
• Acts as a primary point of escalation from Tier 2 service desk agents
• Completes projects and tasks as assigned by management

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred
• One or more relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, Google Foundational)
• 2-3 years of relevant technical and customer service experience
• Knowledge of Windows Active Directory and Microsoft 365 administration
• Familiarity with common TCP/IP services and desktop applications
