Job Summary
Supporting multiple geographic and functional teams, the remote contract Systems Specialist - PTC Windchill / Change Manager will manage key product lifecycles and technical configurations to ensure data integrity and compliance standards are audit-ready.
Key responsibilities
- Administer and maintain Windchill business objects, including user roles, permissions, and Parts structures
- Support the creation and audit readiness of the Design History File (DHF) and Device Master Record (DMR)
- Manage engineering change management lifecycles, including Change Requests and version-controlled documentation
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
- 3-5 years of direct experience administering or supporting Windchill PLM systems
- Proven understanding of engineering change management and document control systems within a regulated ecosystem
- Highly organized with strong communication skills and proficiency in standard office productivity tools
