Job Summary

To support the delivery of managed field services, the remote Systems Support Analyst will coordinate staffing changes, manage onboarding and offboarding of field technicians, and ensure successful project delivery while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities:
  • Coordinate weekly with Service Delivery Managers to manage staffing changes and provide updates to account stakeholders
  • Support the delivery of active field service projects and serve as the primary point of contact for technician inquiries
  • Manage client site access and ensure compliance with security policies while maintaining communication with client stakeholders
Required qualifications:
  • 3 years' experience in a corporate environment
  • 1-3 years in a desktop support role
  • Experience with ticketing systems and dispatch tools (e.g., Clarify/Clearvision, ServiceNow)
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively across client and provider organizations
