Systems Support Analyst

Job Summary

Providing technical system support to internal business users, the full-time remote Systems Support Analyst will manage multi-user operating systems, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and perform data management and reporting using SQL.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate communication between the organization and external vendors regarding system issues and enhancements
• Perform data management and reporting via SQL, including data queries and manipulation
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity problems, escalating as necessary

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of related industry experience
• Working knowledge of MS SQL and database schemas
• Competence in creating and executing SQL statements safely and efficiently
• Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio or similar tools
• Ability to document system problems and resolutions for future reference
