Systems Support Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Systems Support Engineer - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Resolve complex technical issues and provide customer service while maintaining technical documentation
• Assist in release planning and collaborate with cross-functional teams to minimize the impact of new releases
• Administer and monitor software integrations, manage application servers, and document integration processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent technical skills or job experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in systems support for Windows and Linux operating systems
• Proficiency in command line interface, scripting, and process automation
• Experience with common database technologies such as SQL Database/Server
• Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle practices and experience with cloud computing technologies
