Job Summary

Providing essential technical support for appraisal production systems, the full-time Systems Support Engineer will troubleshoot issues, maintain application functionality, and enhance user experience both remotely and onsite.

Key responsibilities
  • Deliver first- and second-level technical support for appraisal production systems and applications
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application, system, and workflow issues efficiently
  • Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for reliability and efficiency improvements
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • 3-5 years of experience supporting business applications or enterprise software
  • Experience troubleshooting software applications in a customer-facing support role
  • Proficiency with ticketing systems and documenting technical issues
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
