Systems Support Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Systems Support Specialist responsible for providing system and data support and training to users in the Employee Benefits operating group.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide user support and troubleshoot issues across Employee Benefits' systems
• Analyze systems for enhancements and conduct system testing for improvements
• Create and maintain process documentation and training materials for users

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Three (3) or more years of related work experience
• Experience in insurance industry or health plans operations
• Familiarity with BenefitPoint and/or Salesforce
