Job Summary

Providing vital systems support remotely, the full-time Systems Support Specialist will manage master data, oversee dealer onboarding processes, and assist in developing reports and dashboards to enhance operational performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage master data, including creation, updates, and data integrity
• Oversee dealer onboarding processes and validate system configurations for users
• Evaluate, test, and implement new software systems while recommending process improvements

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• 1-3 years of experience in a similar position
• Exceptional telephone demeanor
• Preferred: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a business or financial related discipline
