Job Summary
Assisting in the development and maintenance of property management systems, the remote Systems Support Specialist will manage software reporting, support ticket resolution, and system integrations while ensuring effective use of tools like Quickbase, Tableau, and Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and generate custom reports in property management software and Quickbase system
- Assist with month-end reporting, migrations, and special projects while resolving support tickets
- Develop and maintain analytics visualizations and dashboards in Tableau and PowerBI
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred or two years of housing experience or equivalent
- Familiarity with property management software such as ResMan, Entrata, or RealPage
- Advanced computer and development skills, with the ability to perform on-site software functions
- Experience in report distribution and user administration
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving and customer service
