Job Summary

To support our growing team, the remote SyteLine Systems Engineer will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Infor CloudSuite Industrial ERP, including executing upgrades and providing technical support to clients.

Key responsibilities
  • Install, configure, and maintain SyteLine ERP software and related applications for clients
  • Execute software upgrade procedures to migrate clients from older versions to SyteLine V10
  • Provide ongoing training and support to clients for system administration and technical issue resolution
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Infor SyteLine and Factory Track installations and upgrades
  • Thorough understanding of Infor CloudSuite Industrial architecture and third-party vendor solutions
  • Experience with SQL Server installations and configurations
  • Knowledge of Windows Servers, server virtualization, and cloud services such as Azure and AWS
