Job Summary
A company is looking for a Talent Acquisitions Screener for a remote contract position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Lead Recruiters and hiring managers to provide phone screening support for various business units
- Review candidates in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and identify a short-list for the Lead Recruiter
- Conduct detailed phone screens, provide summaries, and recommendations to the Lead Recruiter
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous experience in Talent Acquisition
- Experience in pharmaceutical/consumer goods industry or similar
- Ability to learn and utilize an applicant tracking system
- Working knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and federal/state legislation
