Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisitions Screener for a remote contract position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Lead Recruiters and hiring managers to provide phone screening support for various business units
  • Review candidates in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and identify a short-list for the Lead Recruiter
  • Conduct detailed phone screens, provide summaries, and recommendations to the Lead Recruiter

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Previous experience in Talent Acquisition
  • Experience in pharmaceutical/consumer goods industry or similar
  • Ability to learn and utilize an applicant tracking system
  • Working knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and federal/state legislation
