Job Summary

A company is looking for a TA Technology Consultant (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and recommend business process and technological solutions for talent acquisition technology stack
Lead project management for new TA technology projects and optimization of existing solutions
Accelerate reporting technology and capability building in collaboration with other subject matter experts

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in computer science, engineering, business, or related field
5+ years of combined HR technology experience including product/project management and configuration with HRIS systems
Experience in business process re-engineering, gathering requirements, and system integration
Proficiency in coding languages like HTML/CSS/JavaScript
Experience using Power BI for data analysis and reporting
