Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level dashboards and reports using Tableau and Python frameworks
• Build and optimize scalable data processing pipelines using Python for analytics and federal reporting
• Support Medicaid analytics initiatives and collaborate with teams to ensure data quality and timely reporting

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise reporting and dashboard development, focusing on Tableau
• 5+ years of hands-on Python development for data engineering and automation
• 3+ years working with Spark-based processing frameworks such as Databricks
• Strong SQL expertise with experience in relational databases like Teradata or Snowflake
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Analytics, or a related field
