Tableau Data Visualization Engineer

Job Summary

To support a growing analytics team, the contract Tableau Data Visualization Engineer will design, develop, and deploy interactive dashboards and reports, collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop interactive Tableau dashboards that provide actionable business insights
• Partner with stakeholders to translate reporting needs into user-focused visualization solutions
• Utilize SQL for data extraction and validation, ensuring dashboard accuracy and performance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in designing and developing business intelligence solutions using Tableau
• Advanced proficiency with Tableau Desktop, Tableau Prep, and SQL
• Experience in creating interactive dashboards and visual storytelling with multiple data sources
• Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL concepts, and BI best practices
