Job Summary
A company is looking for a Developer in the USA, remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze HR datasets and identify trends, patterns, and insights
- Design and develop interactive Tableau dashboards and reports
- Integrate data from various sources into Tableau and ensure data accuracy
Required Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of Tableau desktop, Tableau Prep, and Tableau server
- Experience with SQL and at least one DB (SQL server, Oracle, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of BI experience
- Exposure to Big Data connectivity with Tableau/Qlik
- Knowledge of cloud technology and programming languages like HTML and JavaScript
