Tableau Training Lead
Job Summary
Leading the training strategy and delivery for a large-scale Data & Analytics Transformation initiative, the contract Tableau Training Lead will work remotely to enhance Tableau adoption through effective curriculum development, hands-on learning, and user enablement.
Key responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end training strategy and delivery plan for the Data & Analytics Transformation program
- Build tailored learning paths for both technical users and business/end-user audiences
- Create and deliver comprehensive Tableau training focused on development best practices and self-service analytics
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on Tableau experience, including training diverse audiences
- Proven experience in developing and delivering Tableau training programs and materials
- Strong instructional design skills with knowledge of adult learning principles
- Excellent facilitation and presentation skills, capable of translating technical concepts
- Experience in supporting enterprise technology and data/analytics transformation initiatives
