Tableau Training Lead
Job Summary
Leading the training strategy for a large-scale Data & Analytics Transformation initiative, the remote Tableau Training Lead will develop and deliver impactful curriculum and hands-on learning experiences to drive Tableau adoption among technical and business stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end training strategy, curriculum, and delivery plan for the Data & Analytics Transformation program
- Build distinct learning paths for both technical users and business/end-user audiences
- Create reusable training materials, including exercises, job aids, and documentation to support user readiness and adoption
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on Tableau experience, including training diverse audiences
- Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering Tableau training programs and curricula
- Strong instructional design skills with knowledge of adult learning principles
- Excellent facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to translate technical concepts
- Experience supporting enterprise technology and data/analytics transformation initiatives
