TAC Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a TAC Engineer responsible for providing technical support to clients through various channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide remote and on-site Level 2 technical support to clients
• Manage assigned tickets and projects to ensure timely resolution
• Maintain accurate client documentation and recommend proactive solutions

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of an Associate's Degree or 3-5 years equivalent technical experience
• One industry certification or equivalent experience preferred
• Thorough understanding of IP networking and troubleshooting hardware/software issues
• Experience with Microsoft Windows server, desktop environments, and Microsoft 365
• Familiarity with Azure platform and networking technologies
