Job Summary

To enhance branch operations, the full-time salaried Tailored Branch Support Specialist II will partner with multiple Financial Advisors and Client Support Teams to execute business plans, improve client experiences, and provide advanced administrative support remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Execute the appointment process and deepen client relationships to support branch objectives
  • Deliver excellent remote client service by anticipating needs and improving branch processes
  • Provide advanced administrative support, including scheduling, document management, and event planning
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of administrative support or customer service experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with Salesforce Desktop preferred
  • Must be located in the HAST time zone (Hawaii) or AKDT (Alaska)
