Taiwan HR Local Representative

Job Summary

Acting as the primary HR point of contact for employees and clients in Taiwan, the full-time HR Local Representative will manage onboarding and offboarding processes, ensure employee data accuracy, and provide guidance on HR policies while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main HR contact for employees and clients in Taiwan
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experience
• Stay updated on Taiwan labor law changes and advise internal stakeholders accordingly

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in an HR generalist or specialist role in Taiwan
• Strong knowledge of Taiwan labor laws and statutory requirements
• Experience in HR service or consulting industry, or HR shared service center role at multinational companies is a plus
• Proficiency in Mandarin and English
• Experience in payroll processing is welcomed
