Job Summary
Leading day-to-day EHS operations on construction project sites, the full-time Taiwan Licensed EHS Site Manager will manage a team of EHS professionals, drive compliance with safety programs, and engage stakeholders to ensure safe working conditions throughout complex projects.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee EHS operations on construction sites, ensuring safety during new installations and EPC/turnkey scopes
- Manage and develop a team of EHS professionals, including staffing and performance coaching
- Implement and monitor Permit to Work (PTW) and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) programs to ensure compliance with safety standards
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical), EHS Management, Environmental Sciences, or a related field
- Proven experience in EHS and/or construction project safety management
- Valid Occupational Safety and Health Manager (Class B or above) certification as required by Taiwan regulatory authorities
- NEBOSH or IOSH qualification, or local legislative equivalent
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese (Mandarin) written and spoken
