Job Summary

Configured and supported SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) for Taiwan, the full-time remote Taiwan Payroll SAP Consultant will manage payroll schema, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure compliance with local regulations while driving process improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage payroll schema and rules specific to Taiwan, including wage types and payroll processing
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement payroll solutions
• Perform payroll testing, defect resolution, audits, and provide production support to maintain payroll accuracy and compliance

Required qualifications

• Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
• Strong understanding of Taiwan payroll regulations and compliance
• Experience in managing integrations between payroll and other HR systems
• Ability to perform payroll testing and resolve defects effectively
• Background in process improvement initiatives related to payroll operations
