Taiwan Payroll Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR & Payroll Specialist to support its operations in Taiwan.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process payroll accurately and on time for all employees in Taiwan
• Act as the primary HR point of contact for employees and clients, supporting onboarding and offboarding processes
• Ensure compliance with Taiwan labor laws and payroll regulations while maintaining payroll systems and records

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in HR and/or payroll in Taiwan
• Strong knowledge of Taiwan labor laws and statutory requirements
• Experience in payroll processing is essential
• Background in Employer of Record (EOR), HR consulting, or multinational companies is a plus
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
