Taiwan Payroll Specialist

Job Summary

To support Taiwan operations, the full-time remote Payroll Specialist will manage end-to-end payroll execution, ensuring accuracy, compliance with statutory requirements, and a seamless employee experience.

Key responsibilities:

• Process payroll accurately and on time for all employees in Taiwan
• Maintain payroll systems, records, and employee data while ensuring compliance with Taiwan labor laws
• Handle year-end payroll processes, including annual tax filings and payroll-related statutory payments

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in processing payroll in Taiwan
• Strong knowledge of Taiwan labor laws and statutory requirements
• Experience in payroll processing is essential
• Background in Employer of Record (EOR), HR consulting, or multinational companies is a plus
• Good communication skills in Mandarin and English
