Talend to Databricks Migration Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talend to Databricks Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and map 45 Talend ETL jobs to Databricks PySpark
• Develop migration strategies, code PySpark implementations, and optimize for Databricks features
• Lead a team of offshore developers, assign tasks, and conduct testing to validate migrated jobs

Required Qualifications:

• 8-12 years of experience in ETL development
• Deep expertise in Talend, including job design and components
• Strong experience with Databricks PySpark and performance tuning
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Java
• Experience leading teams on data migration projects
