Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Administrator to support recruitment operations with a focus on calendar management and recruitment analytics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage calendar scheduling for interviews and coordinate with hiring managers and candidates
  • Maintain applicant tracking system records and generate recruitment reports
  • Assist with job postings, offer letter preparation, and support compliance with recruiting documentation
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years in a Coordinator or Admin position, preferably in Talent Acquisition, HR, or Recruiting
  • Proficiency with Google Suite
  • Excellent email and calendar management skills
  • Ability to handle complex details with sensitivity and confidentiality
  • Must be located in the Tri-State area with flexibility to be at NYC HQ as needed
